Status: Part Time Positions 20 – 34 hours per week.
Hours: M – H 9 am – 3 pm or 2 – 8 pm ; Two Sundays per Month 1-7 pm

DESCRIPTION:

Place calls to previous donors for scheduled appointments at our donor center at Executive Parkway or for mobiles. We need people to recruit blood donations from established call lists of previous donors. Schedule appointments to ensure maximum number of donors are scheduled each day. Must coordinate reminder calls, logging of data, and maintain accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One-year telephone sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Effective verbal communication skills a must.
